With over 25 years of coaching experience, Sarah Nett is a seasoned and passionate leader in the world of cheerleading. Her commitment to excellence, athlete development, and team spirit has made a lasting impact on many of her former athletes! Sarah began her coaching journey with the Toronto Titans , Toronto Middle School, and Toronto High School. Under her leadership, these teams have earned numerous local, regional, state, and national titles—testament to both her skill and the culture of discipline and dedication she instills in every squad she coaches.

Sarah is known for her energetic coaching style and a strong emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork, and athlete confidence! Sarah has a heart for mentorship. Her ability to bring out the best in every athlete has not only built championship teams but also shaped strong, confident individuals.

Sarah's greatest joy is now coaching alongside her daughter Dalaney! Sarah has been married to her husband Josh for 18 years. They share 3 wonderful children, Dalaney, Jayce, and Ava. And have a house full of pets, Kane, Maggie, Leo, and Louis. 

Lastly, she enjoys traveling , spending time with friends and family and naps. You can see Sarah in front of the mat for our Tiny teams, Shimmer and Glitz. Coach Nett continues to be an influential figure in cheerleading, driven by a deep love for the sport and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
